Ziaur Rahman has worked in Educational leadership and management for almost two decades. He is currently the Executive Headteacher for Shakhsiyah Schools and has undertaken other senior leadership roles including overseeing two other independent schools in London. Ziaur has also developed sound understanding of pedagogy in an international context having worked as the Deputy Head Teacher of an International School in the United Arab Emirates. Ziaur has delivered numerous teacher training programmes in the UK and abroad and had the opportunity to work with Stanford University and the British Council on international partnership projects. Ziaur has also acquired over a decade of charity leadership experience having led two non-for-profit SEND organisations in the UK.
